摘要
【目的】探讨行业科技期刊编辑人才的构成特点和作用。【方法】以《汽车电器》杂志为例,根据该刊编辑人员的来源,将其归纳分为三类:原主办单位人员、招聘人员和兼职人员,搭建由这三类人员组成的编辑人才架构。【结果】在期刊编辑实际工作中,三者取长补短、相互配合,炼就成为专业、高效、精干的编辑团队。【结论】在改革进入攻坚期与深水区、人口红利不再的新常态下,对于"势单力薄"的单刊型行业科技期刊来说,这种人才架构凸现必要性,并且不失为一条降低人力资源成本的有效途径。
[Purposes]The structural characteristics and function of editorial talent of industry science and technology journal were studied. [Methods] Taking Auto Electric Parts as an example,the editors come from the corporate,recruitment and part-time technicians to set up the stucture of human resource. [Findings] In the editorial practice,technicians above cooperate with each other to form a professional,high efficient and hard working editorial team. [Conclusions] The reform comes to the crucial time and the demographic bonus are no more provided. Under such a newnormal,it shows the necessity of the newstructure of human resource for a weak industry science and technology journal. It is an effective way to reduce human resource cost.
