摘要
【目的】探索科技期刊的发展规律,展望科技期刊发展未来图景,加强科技期刊的理论建设。【方法】从作者、读者、编辑三个基本要素入手,对科技期刊发展动力进行哲学分析。【结果】作者、读者与编辑三者的矛盾运动是科技期刊发展的基本动力,学术共同体的需求变化是科技期刊发展的根本的动力,科技期刊创新是科技期刊发展的直接动力。【结论】未来科技期刊更加重视学术共同体的需求和读者的信息获取倾向,传播技术高度整合,科技信息服务更加精准,期刊出版更加便利。
[Purposes]This study explores the lawof development of periodicals. Looking to the future of the development of periodical is will stregthen the theoretical construction of scientific journals. [Methods] From the perspectives of the author,the reader,and the editor,this study analyzed the development of power of scientific and technical journals in a philosophical way.[Findings] The result shows that the contradiction movement of authors,readers and editors is the basic motive force for the development of scientific and technical journals; the change of the academic community needs is the fundamental motive force of the development of scientific and technical journals; innovation is the direct motive force of the development of scientific and technical journals. [Conclusions] The future of scientific and technical journals will pay more attention to the demand of the academic community and the reading tendency of readers. Communication technology will be highly integrated; scientific and technological information services more accurate; journals publishing more convenient.
