摘要
论述科技期刊质量的内涵,包括学术质量、编辑质量和出版质量,给出它们的衡量标准。从编辑流程的角度,将科技期刊的质量控制分为前馈控制、同期控制和反馈控制。对每种控制都给出了定义,并针对每一个控制阶段,给出了相应的控制策略和控制要点。阐明了提高科技期刊质量的重要性。
The connotations of quality of sci-tech periodicals are described, which include academic quality, editorial quality and publication quality. The authors analyze the three aspects of quality in detail and provide their assessing criteria. The quality control of sei-tech periodicals is divided into feedforward control, concurrent control and feedback control from editorial flow. Each control is defined. Control tactics and main points are pointed out. Finally, the importance to improve the quality of sci-tech periodicals is described.
