摘要
基层是防治高血压的主战场,基层医生是高血压防治的主力军。《中国高血压基层管理指南》对指导基层医生的临床实践,提高高血压的知晓率、治疗率、控制率具有重要的意义。修订版指南注重指南的可操作性、适用性,强调降压达标,简化了操作流程以提高管理效率。以指南为教材在全国范围内开展的第2届"燎原计划"将推动高血压防治政策在基层的有效落实。
Community is the main battlefield and primary care physicians are the main force of hypertension prevention and control in China.ChineseGuidelinesfortheManagementof HypertensionintheCommunitywill play an important role in increasing the awareness,treatment and control rates of hypertension by improving the clinical practice in primary level.The revised guidelines lay emphasis on the manipuility and applicability,pay attention to achieving blood pressure target and simplifying operation procedure to improve management efficiency.The second＂Liaoyuanproject＂nation-wide will promote the effective implement of hypertension prevention and treatment policy at the primary level by generalizing the guidelines.
