摘要
目的了解Ⅱ型糖尿病患者在日常膳食方面存在的误区及认知程度,分析原因,以便及时有针对性地给予营养指导。方法采用自编问卷对2013-07/12期间住院的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者进行面对面调查,将调查所得的86例有效问卷进行归类统计。结果问卷中的10个误区:即Ⅱ型糖尿病患者要少吃主食;完全不吃甜食;植物油可以随意吃;干果类食物不用限制;不能吃水果;不能吃薯类;不能吃藕与魔芋等块茎食物;香菇与木耳的摄入可以不受限制;少吃1顿饭可以少吃1次药;蛋白质的摄入不受限制等,总出误率为64.07%,其中有8项出误率超过50%;在年龄分组上,随年龄段的增长,患者的出误率也随之增高。结论本次调查的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者在日常膳食中普遍存在误区,出误率与患者的年龄有一定关系。
Objective To investigate the improper awareness on daily diet in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes and analyze the causes,and thus to provide pertinent nutrition guidance. Methods In-patients with type Ⅱdiabetes were conducted face-to-face survey with self-administrated questionnaires. Eighty-six valid questionnaires were statistically analyzed. Results Ten improper aspects of awareness regarding the diet of the patients could be identified as following: less staple food,no sweets,intake of vegetable oil at will,no limits on dried fruits,no fruits,no potatoes,no tubers( e. g. lotus roots and konjak),no limited shiitake and agaric intake,one left-off dose medicine could be replaced by one left-off of one meal,no limit on intake of protein.The global improper rate was 64. 07%,among which the improper rate of 8 items were all over 50%. With the increasing of age,the improper rate was higher. Conclusion Improper awareness on diet of patients with Ⅱ diabetes is prevalent and the improper rate is associated with the age.
