摘要
目的:探究针对性护理干预在存在低血糖恐惧感的2型糖尿病患者中的应用。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年1月本院收治的存在低血糖恐惧感的2型糖尿病患者80例为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施针对性护理。比较两组护理前后的低血糖忧虑评分、自我管理能力评分、血糖、体重及对护理工作的满意度评分。结果:护理后,研究组低血糖忧虑评分、各项自我管理能力评分均优于对照组,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及体重均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对护理态度、护理时效、护理技术以及健康教育的满意度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理干预对缓解2型糖尿病患者低血糖恐惧感以及提升患者自我管理能力均有效果,值得推广和应用。
Objective:To explore the application of targeted nursing intervention in type 2 diabetic patients with hypoglycemia fear.Method:From January 2018 to January 2019,80 cases of type 2 diabetic patients with hypoglycemia fear in our hospital were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.Routine nursing was carried out in the control group and targeted nursing was carried out in the study group.The scores of hypoglycemia anxiety,self-management ability,blood glucose and body weight before and after nursing,satisfaction with nursing work were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the scores of hypoglycemia anxiety and self-management ability in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the fasting blood glucose,2 hours after meal blood glucose and body weight were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the study group on nursing attitude,nursing effectiveness,nursing technology and health education were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing intervention can alleviate the hypoglycemia fear of type 2 diabetic patients and improve their self-management ability,which is worth popularizing and applying.
