摘要
细胞分裂素参与植物生长和发育的许多生理过程。植物细胞分裂素受体属拟南芥细胞分裂素受体基因AHK4同源的细胞分裂于组氨酸蛋白激酶家族,是植物双组分信号系统的组分。克隆了大白菜的素受体基因PHK4(Pekinensis putative Histidine Kinase 4),采用反向遗传学的方法对其功能进行分析,初步阐述了大白菜PHK4作为细胞分裂素受体起作用,对研究调控大白菜与细胞分裂素相关的生长发育过程奠定了理论基础。
Cytokinins are very important for the development and growth of plants.The cytokinin receptors be-long to the family of histidine protein kinases,they are elements of two-component signaling system.Both Chi-nese cabbage and Arabidopsis are of cruciferous plants,so we isolated the PHK4 gene which is homologous with AHK4.In this paper,the PHK4 gene was transferred into the yeast mutant TM182 in order to confirm the function of PHK4 by the function complement experiments.This preliminary showed that PHK4 funtions as a receptor for cytokinin.
