摘要
收获时籽粒含水量高是我国北方春玉米生产发展的主要障碍因素。选育生理成熟后籽粒脱水速率快的品种,是降低玉米收获时籽粒含水量的有益举措。本文从玉米籽粒生理成熟后脱水速率的研究意义、遗传机制、基因定位、育种策略等方面进行了概述,为相关种质改良工作的开展提供必要的理论依据。
The high grain moisture at harvest is the main obstacle factor in northern China in spring maize pro-duction development.Breeding physiological mature grain dehydration and rate of the species,is to reduce the moisture content of corn grain harvest beneficial initiatives.This paper studies the physiological significance of mature corn grain dewatering rate,the terms of the genetic mechanisms,gene mapping,breeding strategies are outlined to provide the necessary theoretical basis for conduct related to germplasm improvement work.
