CT与MRI诊断非典型脑膜瘤的优势分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨非典型脑膜瘤的CT及MRI表现，提高脑膜瘤术前诊断的准确性。方法回顾性分析经手术病理检查确诊的非典型脑膜瘤20例的CT与MRI表现。结果肿瘤边缘多不规则，CT及MRI平扫分别呈密度或信号不均匀，增强后呈不均匀强化。MRI检查还可见肿瘤内流空的血管影、脑膜尾征；MRA及MRV检查可清晰显示肿瘤的血供及静脉窦受侵。结论非典型性脑膜瘤的影像表现不典型，但仍具有脑外肿瘤的影像学特征，MRI检查在肿瘤定位及了解肿瘤与相邻的组织及血管的关系具有很大的作用。
