摘要
大型铸钢件材质合金元素较多,形状结构复杂、质量要求高。夹杂是这类铸钢件的主要缺陷之一,对铸钢件的内部质量及力学性能有很大的影响。本文通过分析铸钢件夹杂产生的原因,总结出了铸钢件易产生夹杂缺陷的部位,从改进铸件结构、凝固方式和控制熔炼浇注质量等几个方面提出解决措施,解决铸件夹杂问题,从而降低铸件生产成本,缩短生产周期。
The Large steel castings has more alloying elements,complex shape and high quality requirements.The inclusion defect is one of the major defects of steel castings and has a great influence on the internal quality and mechanical properties of steel castings.By analyzing the cause for the inclusion of steel castings,the part likely to occur inclusion defect in steel castings,this paper proposed some solutions in improving the casting structure,solidification methods and quality control of melting and pouring and so on to reduce the casting production costs and shorten the production cycle.
