摘要
针对海上某油田油井潜油电泵发生的腐蚀穿孔情况,在充分了解该井维修历史的基础上和流体性质的基础上,通过材质、泵壳壁厚、力学性能以及电镜分析等方法最终得出了电泵失效穿孔的原因,针对腐蚀原因提出有针对性的控制建议。
A well's electrical submersible pump perforated corrosion during repairing well on some offshore oilfield. On the basis of commanding the maintenance history on the pump and discovering the fluid nature, failure causes of ESP is found after analysis of the material, the pump shell thickness, their mechanical properties and SEM analysis. Relevant recommendations are submitted to prevent similar incidents failure.
