摘要
目的:比较、分析、选择蝙蝠葛碱透皮扩散促渗剂。方法:通过改良Franz扩散池,根据Q-t方程和通过考察透皮速率常数,从1%丙二酮,3%Azone,3%OA,十二烷基硫酸钠,冰片,6%尿素,5%松节油中分析比较出最适合蝙蝠葛酚性碱的透皮扩散促渗剂。结果:由实验结果得出3%氮酮为较好透皮渗透促进剂。结论:此研究操作方法简单易行,可重复性好。
Objective： To compare,analyzesis,and selection of Dauricine transdermal penetration enhancers.Methods： The most suitable PAMD transdermal diffusion penetration enhancers 5% turpentine was analyzed and compared by modified Franz diffusion cell,the Q- t equation and percutaneous rate constant through the inspection according to the,from 1% C two ketone,3% Azone,3% OA,twelve sodium alkyl sulfate,borneol,6% urea,analysis and comparison of the most suitable PAMD transdermal diffusion penetration enhancers 5% turpentine. Results：Tthe effect of 3% azoneas good transdermal penetration enhancers was good. Conclusion： Tthe research method of operation is simple with,good repeatability.
