摘要
目的:寻找一种胃癌的三维适形计划设计方案。方法:通过对胃癌的靶区以肾脏上缘为界分成上下两端,每段设计相应的治疗计划后,再通过融合计划达到总的治疗计划方案。结果:该方案简单明了,步骤清晰,靶区适合度及正常组织保护良好。结论:对目前没有条件做IMRT的医院有着积极重要的意义。
Objective： To find a kind of cancer of the gastric three-dimensional conformal planning design.Methods： through the target area of gastric cancer with kidney edge bounded into both ends up and down,each design after corresponding treatment plan,again through the integration plan to achieve the overall treatment plan.Results： The program simple and clear,clear steps,suitable for target and normal tissues were good.Conclusion： There are no conditions to do a IMRT hospital has a positive significance.
