摘要 针对目前缺少判断机械产品是否适合模块化的研究,对机械产品模块化适合度进行系统的分析和研究。从机械产品的结构、技术、客户需求及企业能力等方面分析和归纳影响机械产品模块化适合度的影响因素。建立模块化适合度影响因数的量化准则,应用改进的层次分析法确定机械产品模块化适合度影响因素的权重,建立评价机械产品模块化适合度的数学模型及模块化适合度的评价标准,最后以某大型矿山机械设备为例,验证机械产品模块化适合度的评价方案。 Modularity fitness degree of mechanical product was systematic analyzed and researched because the research to determine whether mechanical product is suitable for modularity or not is in need at present. Factors that influence modularity fitness degree of mechanical product were analyzed and summarized in architecture, technology, customer needs and firm ability of mechanical product. Quantification rules of factors that influence modularity fitness degree of mechanical product were established. Improved AHP method was applied to estimate the weight of factors of modularity fitness degree of mechanical product. Mathematical model and evaluation rules which are used to evaluate modularity fitness degree of mechanical product were built. Lastly, a large mining machinery equipment was used to illustrate evaluation protocols of modularity fitness degree of mechanical product.
