摘要
建立了一种新型碳分子筛(CST)微填充柱分析高纯氦中杂质组分的方法,该方法利用一根色谱柱完成高纯氦中所有杂质组分的分离,简化了分析气路流程,结果表明该方法具有重复性好(<2%),操作简便等特点。探讨应用CST柱作为预柱在不同气体分析中的可行性,通过CST与PQ柱作为预柱的对比实验表明CST柱解决了PQ柱对低浓度氧气不可逆吸附的问题,对NH3、SF6、Si H4等气体分析应用表明CST柱作预柱在基流稳定性和氧气分析方面较PQ柱有一定优势,但是也存在可能会与某些特定基底气反应及无法预分离等问题。
A method has been developed for the detection of impurity in high-purity helium used a novel carbon molecular sieve micro packed column. The solution based on one column to separate all impurity in high-purity helium, simplify the chromatography system and the results show that this method has good repeatability ( 〈 2% ) and convenient operation. To discuss the feasibility to CST as pre-column in various gases , the comparative experiments of CST and PQ pre-column shows that the CST solve irreversibly absorption to oxygen in PQ. Further research on NH3 ,SF6 ,Sill4 indicate that CST has advantages in baseline stability and analysis of oxygen to PQ, but the issues of reactions with matrix and poor pre-separation cannot be ignored in some gases.
