本文介绍了用气相色谱-氦离子化检测器分析空分装置生产的纯氩产品中微量氮气、氢气杂质的分析方法,该法准确度高,检测限低.同时讨论了应用中的经验。
Micro hydrogen ad nitrogen in pure argon produced by air separation apparatus was determined by gas chromatography with helium detector.The method is acurate with low detection limit.The experience in the application of the instrument is discussed.
