摘要
特种气体在分析过程中出现了诸如取样困难,样品是否会失真,对气路有无腐蚀;多种特气化学性质决定了其重要杂质组分微量O2检测不准或者无法用微量氧仪分析等;采用GC-126PDD氦离子气相色谱仪可以很好地解决以上问题。国产色谱仪测量杂质O2在特气中的应用正在得到推广。
In specialty gases analysis, keep cropping up such as sampling difficult, whether sample distortion, whether causing corrosive to gas line. Many specialty gases chemical properties determine the important impurity of trace O2 test resuits incorrect and can＇t apply the trace oxygen analyzer. These problems above solved well by using GC-126PDD helium ionization gas chromatograph. Domestic chromatograph test O2 impurities in specialty gases getting application and expansion.
