摘要
本文在对美制UNI——6型封隔器整体卡瓦的化学成分、力学性能、金相组织和失效形式进行分析的基础上,对照我国材料,选择了40CrMnMo钢作为代用材料,同时采用正火→调质→高频表面淬火→低温回火的热处理工艺,获得了满意效果。
On the basis of the analyses of chemical compositions , mechanical properties, optical microstructure, and failure of American UNI-6 sealing separator and by comparison of the material applied in our country, 40 CrMnMo steel is chosen as the substituting material for the sealing separator. The material we chose satisfies the demand by the heat treatment of normalizing →quenching and tempering →high frenquence surface quenching→low temperature tempering,which have laid the technical basic for the mass production of the sealing separator.
