摘要
从一株编号为SIPI-A_3-118的放线菌菌株的发酵培养液中分离到一个呈黄色结晶状的抗生素—A_3-118D。经HR—MS,1D—NMR及2D-NMR研究,抗生素A_3-118D与氧杂蒽酮抗生素Lysolipin Ⅰ结构相同。
A yellow crystal antibiotic, A3-118D, was isolated from the ferme-nted broth of an Actinomyces strain SIPI-As-118. From the spectroscopic studies of HR-MS, ID-and 2D-NMR, the structure of A3-118D was found to be identical with Lysolipin I. This paper reported the fermentation, isolation, physico-chemical properties, completed NMR assignments and antitumor properties of A3-118D, and also, corrected some errors in the paper on Lysolipin I about the physico-chemical properties and NMR assignments of the antibiotic.
