摘要
研究对锆-铝-钛鞣山羊服装革的复鞣工艺板块进行了优化,以成革的感官性能、成革的物理-机械性能、得革率、Ts、△Ts、增厚率以及成革的综合性能作为评价指标,通过设计正交试验,对复鞣剂的种类、用量及配伍方案进行优化。研究表明,用3%ART-4、2%脂肪醛、4%马来酸酐复鞣剂进行配伍的复鞣工艺方案所鞣得的革,综合性能最优。
The retanning process plate on goat garment leather by Zr - Al- Ti complex tanning agents was optimized. The or- ganoleptie properties, physical and mechanical properties, yield of leather△Tss, Ts, thickening rate and combination properties of leather were chosen as evaluation indexes. The retanning agents types and dosage and compatibility program were optimized through the orthogonal experiment. The results show that the optimal compatibility program of retanning process is achieved when using 3% ART-4,2% aliphatie aldehydes and 4% maleie anhydride.
