坎地沙坦联合辛伐他汀治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效分析被引量：2

摘要目的研究坎地沙坦联合辛伐他汀治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果及其应用价值。方法选取我院收治的糖尿病肾病患者60例为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例,分别采用常规法以及坎地沙坦联合辛伐他汀法对患者进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗12个月后两组患者的体征指标均得到了有效改善,但实验组的改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05),组间差异明显,具有统计学意义。结论坎地沙坦联合辛伐他汀治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果显著,安全可靠,有效降低了糖尿病肾病对体积的损害,值得在临床上广泛推广。
