摘要
以电主轴箱体作为研究对象,采用Solid Edge软件完成箱体的结构设计,通过专有程序接口将模型导入Ansys Workbench软件中,采用有限元法对该箱体进行静力学、模态及预应力模态分析,根据分析结果研究其静动态特性。结果表明该结构箱体静态性能满足设计要求,箱体固有频率远离共振区。
Taking Electric Spindle-Headstock as the object, a 3D model of headstock is finished in SolidEdge.The model is imported through a proprietary program interface in Ansys Workbench.Both the static, modal and pres-tressed modal analysis are analyzed by means of finite element method.According to the calculation results, the static and dynamic characteristics are understood.The results show that the static-performance of the structure meet the requirements,and the inherent frequency is far away from the region of sympathetic vibration.
