High Efficiency Machining of Numerical Machines in Machining Fields

摘要 数控高效加工是将传统制造技术与数字化技术相结合的先进制造技术,相对于传统制造技术,其特点及优势为:提高零件的制造精度;完成普通设备难以完成或者不能完成的加工任务;一机多用,节省工艺装备的设计和制造费用,缩短产品的研制周期,提高整个加工工艺过程的效率;很大程度上降低了操作者的劳动强度,减少人力及时间的成本;减少了零件所需材料,降低了材料的成本。 Numerical control high efficiency machining is an advanced machining technology by combining traditional ma- chining technology and numerical technology. Compared with traditional machining technology, it has the following features and advantages. First, it can machine more accurate parts, second, it can machine parts that common equipments cannot or that which is difficult to machine by using common equipment, last, it can enhance the equipment usage rate to save design and machining cost of tooling, reduce the development cycle time of products, and improve the efficiency the whole machi- ning process. Using numerical control equipment machining processing can not only shorten the parts processing cycle, and greatly reduce the labor intensity of the operator, but also can reduce the cost of human and time. Numerical control equip- ment processing reduces the waste of material the parts need and reduces the material costs.
