摘要 以某型车载转管机枪为对象,对其工作原理和系统拓扑结构进行分析说明,建立车载转管机枪的刚柔耦合虚拟样机模型和外弹道计算模型.在该基础上,建立基于多学科耦合技术的车载转管机枪动力学及外弹道联合仿真模型,并利用该模型对转管机枪的射弹散布进行了仿真研究.仿真结果与试验结果比较表明:多学科耦合仿真分析的结果能真实反映武器的动力学特性及武器的外弹道特性. A certain vehicular Gatling gun is taken as the research object, and the operating principle and the topological structure of the system is analyzed.The rigid-flexible coupled virtual prototype model and the exterior ballistic calculation model of the gun system are established, and then the dynamics and exterior ballistic co-simulation model based on multi-discipline coupled method is built to simulate and study the dispersion of Gatling gun.Comparison of simulation and experiment indicates that multi-discipline coupled co-simulation results can reflect the dynamic characteristics and external ballistic characteristics of the gun.
