基于刚柔耦合仿真模型的高层立体车库调头车架的分析与改进

摘要 为得到调头车架与车轮之间精确的接触力,建立了该结构的刚柔耦合虚拟样机的仿真模型,对车辆进库与调头两个过程进行仿真实验,分析了整个过程中接触力的变化情况,进行调头车架的有限元分析,并对其进行结构改进,得到了理想的结果。 To correctly obtain the contact force between the frame which is fumed round and wheel, this paper establishes the simula- tion model of a rigid flexble coupling prototype, carries out the simulation experiment in which the vehicle is simulated to enter the garage and to turn the frame round, analyzes the change of the contact forec in the process of entering the garage and makes the fimite element analysis of the frame turned round. The structure is improved and the result of the ideal optimzation design is obtained.
