摘要 针对装备研制风险评价中目标模糊、难以精确化的问题,综合运用模糊数学的研究成果,将层次分析法扩展到模糊环境中,提出装备研制项目风险评估的模糊层次分析法(FAHP).在介绍FAHP的数学模型基础上,建立一套装备研制风险评估指标体系,并以某型陆战装备研制项目为例验证了该风险评估方法.结果证明该种方法科学合理易行,在风险评估上具有实际应用价值. aimed at the problems of vague objectives and the difficulties of being accurate during risk assessment of research and development of equipment, research results of fuzzy mathematics is applied and AHP is applied to fuzzy environment.FAHP is put forward during risk assessment of research and development of equipment. On the basis of FAHP, a whole index system of risk assessment of research and development of equipment is built, and the project of research and development of equipment a type of land equipment tests this method.The result proves that this method is scientific,reasonable and practical and has application value to the risk assessment.
