摘要
采用动脉网造影,组织学检查及脉冲多普勒血流监测等手段,从实验及临床两方面研究下肢延长术对周围血管的影响。结果表明:1.0mm/d的延长速度延长下肢达原骨长度45％左右仍较安全,而且延长后延长侧血流量较术前稍增加,血管网较健侧稍丰富。该实验结果为大幅度有效地延长肢体提供了重要依据。
The effect of lower limb lengthening on the peripheral vessels were studied experimentally and clinically through the survey of arteriography, histology and pulse-dopplar monitoring. The result showed that the speed of 1.0mm lengthening per day was safe when the total lengthening ratio of the peripheral vessels was about 45％ of the original bone. The arterial bed and blood volume showed slightly increase in the lengthening limb than opposite side. This study proved an important theoretical fact in further longer and safe limb lengthen- ing.
