摘要
通过问卷调查、访谈等方式,了解当下高校少数民族预科班学生团队精神现状,找到影响高校这一特定学生群体团队合作行为的基本因素,据此提出加强高校少数民族预科生团队合作精神培养的对策。
The basic spirit current situation of minority students in preparatory course was investigated through questionnaires and interviews, to find the basic problems that influence the teamwork of this special student group. Hereby, countermeasures were made to strengthen the teamwork spirit of university minority students in preparatory course.
