摘要
学生团队精神的培养是党和国家对当前高校学生素质教育的重要内容,也是高职院校培养新型综合性人才的重要任务之一。通过对高职院校学生团队精神的现状进行问卷调查与分析,提出了在加强团队精神课程的建设、建立团结和谐的班集体、开展各种特色校园班团活动以及专业知识教学与实践四个方面进行学生团队精神培养的提高措施。
Cultivation of students＇ team spirit is the important content of quality education developed by Party and country for present college students.Meanwhile,it＇s one of the important task for culturing new comprehensive talents in higher vocational colleges.Based on the questionnaire and analysis for the current status of student teamwork,some improving measures in promoting development of teamwork courses,building up the class collective of unity and harmony,carrying out a various of characteristic class activities,and teaching and practice in professional knowledge are proposed to improve the training of students＇ teamwork.
