摘要
目的:应用美国放射协会制定的乳腺影像学报告和数据系统(ACR BI-RADS)对乳腺病变的分级标准,对超声诊断为3级的192例病灶进行分析,并对几种影响因素做进一步探讨。方法:对超声检查为BI-RADS 3级病变的192例乳腺肿块患者的声像图特征进行回顾分析。对患者年龄、病灶是否为多发、以及病灶的大小进行评价。结果:192例病例中,188例(97.92%)为良性,4例(2.08%)为恶性。其中,良性病灶中乳腺纤维腺瘤143例(74.5%),乳腺增生病34例(17.7%),所占比例仅次于纤维腺瘤。恶性乳腺病变患者的年龄及病灶大小与良性病变之间有明显差异(P=0.020,P=0.026)。而同诊断为3级的乳腺纤维腺瘤、乳腺增生病、导管内乳头状瘤及浆细胞性乳腺炎的病灶行该三项影响因素分析,年龄因素同样具有统计学意义(P=0.011)。结论:年龄因素在超声诊断BIRADS 3级病变中有重要意义。
Objective: To analyse 192 patients with BI-RADS category 3 diagnosed by the ultrasound images and to explore several influem:ing factors by fulfilled the published criteria. Methods: A total of 192 lesions tbllow-up after the category 3 diagnosed by the uhrasouml images ineluded the initial breast ultrasound images were retrospectively reviewed and evaluated several factors such as age, muhitiplicity amt lesion size. Results: All of 192 lesions, 188 (97.92%) were benign and 4(2.08%) were malignant in whith fibroadenoma of breasl was 143(74.5%), hyperplasia of mammary glands was 34( 17.7%).The size of the lesion and the patients age were found to have a significant influence between the benign solid masses and malignant(P=-0.020,P=0.026). The age of fibroadenoma, hyperplasia of mammary glamls, intraductal papilloma and plasma cell mastitis regarded as category 3 had the statistical difference (P〈0.05). Conclusions:Age has a statistically significant among the patients of BI-RADS category 3 diagnosed with breast ultrasound.
