摘要
信息安全关系到国家安全与社会稳定,对信息安全专业人才的培养影响重大。在现有的信息安全教学模式下培养的学生很难满足社会的需求。如何在有限的时间内,培养满足国家需求的合格的信息安全专业人才是高校的重要任务。本文借鉴国内外优秀高校在人才培养方面的经验,从课程设置、综合实战以及创新团队等方面探讨培养信息安全专业人才的新方式。
Information security involves national security and so- cial stability, so the cultivation of information security talents is of great significance. The talents cultivated under the current infor- mation security teaching model can hardly meet social demands. How to cultivate qualified information security talents suitable for national demands in limited time is an important mission of uni- versities. This paper refers to the excellent talent cultivation ex- perience of domestic and foreign universities, and explores new ways of information security talent cultivation from curriculum setting, comprehensive practice, and innovative team.
