摘要
目的:观察电针对胶原诱导性关节炎模型大鼠关节液中细胞因子IL-6及免疫细胞黏附分子ICAM-1的影响。方法:建立胶原诱导性关节炎模型大鼠,观察电针对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠足肿胀、踝关节组织病理变化及关节液中促炎细胞因子IL-6及粘附因子ICAM-1水平的影响。结果:电针能有效抑制胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠的关节肿胀及减轻炎症的发展,降低胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠关节液中促炎细胞因子IL-6及粘附因子ICAM-1的水平。结论:电针抗RA作用与抑制促炎细胞因子IL-6及粘附因子ICAM-1的水平有关。
Objective:To observe the effect on electroacupuncture for collagen induced arthritis model in rats in cytokine IL - 6 and immune cell adhesion molecule ICAM-1. Methods: Establish collagen induced arthritis model in rats ,Observing electricity for collagen induced arthritis rats foot swelling,ankle organization of histopathological changes and ankle joint fluid of proinflammatory cytokines IL - 6 and adhesion factor the influence of ICAM-1 leve. Result:Electric acupuncture can effectively inhibit collagen induced arthritis rats swelling and reduce inflammation , reduce the collagen induced arthritis rats serum proinflammatory cytokines IL-6 and adhesion factor ICAM-1 level. Conclusion:Electroacupunc-ture antiarthritic RA role and inhibition of proinflammatory cytokines IL-6 and adhesion factor ICAM-1 level.
