摘要
目的:探讨甲状旁腺激素(i PTH)在益肾壮骨免煎颗粒治疗维持性血液透析患者继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(SHPT)中的应用价值。方法:选取本院维持性血液透析患者中继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进80例,采用平行对照研究方法,随机分成两组,观察组40例,对照组40例,均予常规基础治疗,观察组同时加用益肾壮骨免煎颗粒,连续治疗12个月,分别检测两组甲状旁腺激素(i PTH)、钙(Ca2+)、磷(P3+)的指标。结果:观察组甲状旁腺激素(i PTH)、磷(P3+)、钙(Ca2+)各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义,甲状旁腺激素水平与磷呈正相关。结论:甲状旁腺激素(i PTH)检测对维持性血液透析患者继发甲状旁腺功能亢进的早期诊断和治疗疗效有指导评价意义,益肾壮骨免煎颗粒能改善维持性血液透析患者继发甲状旁腺功能亢进。
Objective：To Discussion the application value of Parathyroid hormone in Yishen Zhuang gu Granulesin Treating Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients with Secondary Hyperparathyroidism.Methods：Selected of maintenance hemodialysis patients with secondary hyperparathy-roidism in patients with 80 cases using the parallel study method ,then randomly divided into control group of 40 cases and 40 cases in the treatment group,Both were treated with conventional therapy,the treatment group treated with Yishen Zhuanggu granules for 12 months; Com-parison of two groups in clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms and calcium（Ca2＋）,phosphorus（P3＋）,parathyroid hormone（iPTH）to improve the situation index. Results：The treatment group of parathyroid hormone（iPTH）,phosphorus（P3＋）,calcium（Ca2＋）indicators were better than the control group（P〈0.05）,with statistical significance,Positive correlation with the phosphorus parathyroid hormone level. Conclusion：Parathyroid hormone （iPTH）detection is of guiding significance for the maintenance of early diagnosis and evaluation of the efficacy of the treatment of blood dialysis patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism ,Yishen Zhuanggu granules can improve the maintenance blood dialysis patients with sec-ondary hyperparathyroidism.
