摘要
以区域环境容量、产业结构与经济发展质量之间的关系为研究对象,借助空气质量指数AQI等指标分析了区域环境容量与产业结构和经济发展质量的相关性,采用A值法对山东济南和青岛两个样本城市的区域大气环境容量、区域环境承载力、环境压力及生态赤字等进行了测算,得出现阶段和未来的一段时期内,区域经济增长与环境质量可能存在负相关关系以及山东省的产业结构尚处于"二、三、一"阶段等结论,并在此基础上提出提高第三产业,即服务业在地区经济发展的比重,调整和优化第一和第二产业,包括各产业内部的比例以及持续加大环保投资力度等相关建议。
Taking cities of Jinan and Qingdao of Shandong Province as an example, the paper first analyzes the relations between regional environment carrying capacity, industrial structure and economic development quality; then computes regional ambient environment capacity, regional environment carrying capacity, environmental pressure and ecological deficits by methods of A-value and ecological footprints, and gains some convincing conclusions： at present and in the future, there is a negative relationship between regional economic growth and environmental quality; current industrial structure of Shandong Province is in the industry order of ＂Second, Third, First＂. Finally, proposals like improving the ratio of service industry; restructuring first and second industries of regional economy, including inner structures of each industry; improving investment on environmental protection are given on the above basis.
