摘要 目的:探讨3D打印技术在儿童复杂性扁平足的临床应用。方法:采集11例复杂扁平足患儿足踝部CT断层扫描数据,进行数字化三维重建和快速成型,在模型上进行模拟手术,并将其应用于诊治、手术规划和术中参照。结果:平均随访20个月,所有患儿均在3D打印实体模型指导下完成,手术过程顺利。11例患儿术中所见与术前数字化三维重建和3D打印实体模型的畸形结构变化一致。结论:数字化重建与3D打印技术能够准确和直观地反映儿童复杂扁平足畸形的立体形态和解剖结构的空间关系,对临床医生的诊断、手术计划等有较大帮助,并减少了手术操作时间,达到更好的手术效果。 Objective:To investigate the application of 3D printing in the treatment of complex flatfoot in children. Method:The CT scans of 11 patients who sustained complicated flatfoot were used for three-dimensional reconstruction and the 3D printing model of the feet and ankles were achieved for clinical practice. The operation was simulated and was designed on the 3D printing model according to the surgical procedure. Result: The average follow-up time were 20 months. All operations for these patients were successfully performed under the guidance of 3D entity model. Conclusion:The digital three-dimensional model of complex flatfoot in children could reflect the detailed three-dimensional shape of complicated deformity exactly and directly, which is helpful for diagnosing and planning of operations.
