摘要
为确定椎弓根的相互位置,对30具完整的成人T_8~L_5脊柱标本测量了同一椎骨以及格邻椎骨的椎弓根皮质量近点距离、皮质最远点距离。同一堆骨椎弓根螺钉入点间距由T_8的平均24.0mm增大至L_5的平均49.1mm;相邻椎骨椎弓根螺钉入点间距在胸段为26mm左右,在腰段为31mm左右。临床应用于脊柱骨折、滑脱、脊柱侧弯病人的椎弓根螺钉固定手术共32例。测量结果对解决伸开复位程度的判断、钢板的选用、新器械的设计等问题有一定的意义。

consisting of T_8~L_5 vertebral segments were dissected to mea-sure
the anatomical structure of the pedicles. The nearest and the
farthest distances between thepedicle cortex were recorded both in
the:ame vertebra and between the adjacent vertebrae. In the same
vertebra., the average distance between the screw entry points
increases from 24. 0 mm atthe T_8 level to 49. 1 mm at the L_5 level.
Between adjacant vertebrae,the average screw point dis-tance also
increases from 26 mm at the thoracic part to 31 mm at the lumbar one.
Pedicle screwfixation was applied successfully in 32 cases of
patients with fracture,spondylolithesis and scolio-sis. The
morphometric study is helpful for the assessment of spinal
distraction,the choice of platefixator and new instrument design.
