摘要
针对亚临界及超临界机组锅炉过热器的材质、结构特点及其垢质情况,进行系统的分析,从清洗设备的选型及清洗工艺的选择方面证明了过热器清洗的可行性。在陕西某电厂1号锅炉及过热器得以实践,并取得了成功,证明了过热器可以通过化学清洗能达到良好的清洗效果。
In the light of superheater＇s material, structure, scale and quality in supercritical boiler, the feasibility of superheater cleaning is certified from the selection of cleaning equipment and cleaning process, which has been put into practice in one power plant boiler and superheater of Shaanxi province and has obtained success, meanwhile it is proved that good cleaning effect of superheater can be achieved through chemical cleaning.
