摘要
介绍了太仓电厂锅炉末级过热器因氧化皮引起的爆管情况。分析了超临界锅炉氧化皮的形成和剥离机理,并从锅炉设备运行、改造及管理等方面,提出了控制氧化皮形成和剥落的措施。通过采取这些措施,有效地控制了氧化皮的产生。
The tube -burst due to oxide skin in final - stage superheater of Taicang Power Plant has been presented, the mechanisms of oxide skin formation and exfoliation in supercritical boilers being analysed, and control measures for oxide skin formation and exfoliation being put forward from aspects of boiler operation, equipment retrofit and management etc.. Through adopting these measures, the formation of oxide skin can be effectively controlled.
