摘要
随着人们生活水平整体提高,人们对诊疗过程中的无痛要求也越来越普遍。心理上舒适与人文关怀相关,而生理上则完全依赖于麻醉专业所提供的无痛化服务,因此临床医疗对麻醉技术的依赖性越来越强。然而,面对当今无痛医疗领域某些风险因素,尤其是医学资本化倾向引发无痛医疗的泛化,需要引起业界人士的理性关注。实际上,心中没有风险是无痛医疗的最大风险,无痛医疗的价值指向应该是安全而非单纯无痛。规范医疗运行程序,强化岗位胜任能力是无痛医疗发展的未来走向。
With the improvement of the living standards , the requirement for painless medicine on the diagnosis and treatment process is becoming more and more common .Psychological comfort is related to medical humane care ,while the physiological comfort is totally dependent on painless services .Therefore the dependence on the anesthetic techniques is becoming stronger .However ,we must pay close attention to the risk factor in painless medical field today ,especially the generalization of painless medical service caused by the medical capital .In fact ,no risk in mind is the biggest risk in painless medical service ,and the value orientation of painless medical service should be safety rather than painless .The future direction of painless medical service is to standardize medical operation procedures and strengthen the competency .
