摘要
术后镇痛的实施在国内已有20多年历史，但仍存在镇痛不全等缺点。随着舒适医疗概念的普及，如何完善术后镇痛显得极为重要。多模式镇痛无疑是一个发展方向。本文就多模式镇痛临床应用的最新进展作一综述。
Postoperative analgesia has been implemented for more than twenty years in our country, however there are still some drawbacks, for example insufficient analgesia. With the popularity of comfortable medical concept, it is extremely important to improve the postoperative analgesia. Undoubtedly,multimodal analgesia is the developing trend of postoperative analgesia. In this paper, the clinical application and the recent advances of multimodal analgesia are reviewed.
