摘要
石化企业生产过程中的易挥发性气体泄漏风险大,面临的安全、环保压力大,有效的气体泄漏检测技术迫在眉睫。特定波长的红外热像仪具有非接触、远距离温度探测能力,本文首先通过研究其原理和操作条件,实现石化装置易挥发性气体泄漏的有效检测,指出了检测结果的影响因素。
Volatile gas leakage of the production process in petrochemical enterprises has high risk, so safety and environmental protection facing a lot of pressure, the detection technology of effective gas leak is imminent. Infrared thermography for specific wavelength is capable of probing in non - contact, remote temperature. First, this paper through studyingits principle and operating conditions, realized the effective detection of volatile gas leakage in petrochemical device, pointed out the influence factors of test results.
