阐述了六氟化硫特种气体的物理化学特性,对比了工业上制备六氟化硫产品的基本方法,比较了我国六氟化硫产品标准(GB12022—89)与国外六氟化硫产品标准,说明六氟化硫(SF6)具有广泛的用途和发展前景。
