This paper introduces the emergence and development of service outsourcing in university library, analyzes the patterns and applicability of university library＇s service outsoureing, expounds in detail the advantages and disadvantages of university library＇s service outsourcing, and puts forward some management measures for optimizing university library＇ s cataloging work.
