摘要
目的本文通过对益赛普制剂在类风湿关节炎等病症临床治疗过程的认真观察,提出并实施正确而有效的护理方法,让患者尽快达到最佳的治疗状态与康复效果。方法搜集病患包括类风湿关节炎患者12例（男性4例,女性8例）,银屑病关节炎2例（均为男性）,强直性脊柱炎6例（男性4例,女性2例）。使用常规益赛普剂量12.5 mg/支,1 ml灭菌注射用水溶解,每周皮下（上臂外侧）注射2-3次。有效护理过程包括合规操作、心理护理、用药护理和功能锻炼四个方面,其中合规性操作是重要前提与保障,心理护理与用药护理是关键。结果文章报道了2010—2013年间使用益赛普治疗的20例患者的护理效果,其中18例患者的病情得到了显效控制,未出现因护理不佳而引起的任何不良反应,患者及其家属普遍满意。结论益赛普的临床应用,对护士实施有效护理的要求更加严格,在积极配合医生实施治疗的同时,更加强调和注重如何提高患者的依从性与满意度,近一步改善医患关系。
Objective According to the detailed observations of etanercept in clinical treating for rheumatoid arthritis and other serious illnesses,this paper proposes a series of correct and effective care method to make the patients achieve their best therapeutic effect in treating. Methods Twelve patients with rheumatoid arthritis,two patients with Psoriatic arthritis,and six patients with ankylosing spondylitis during 2010—2013 were cared. The regular Etanercept of 12. 5 mg was dissolved by 1 ml sterile water and then used for injection,which was repeated by two or three times per week. Effective nursing process included four aspects,i. e. the compliance operation,psychological care,medication care and functional exercise,in which compliance operation was important prerequisite,and the care for psychology and medication was crucial for active treatment. Results Among the 20 cases,the diseases in eighteen patients were effectively controlled,and there were no any adverse reactions caused by poor care,and the patients and their families were generally satisfied. Conclusion The clinical application of etanercept requires more stringent implementation for nursing. Besides actively cooperation with medical treatment,it is more important to improve the compliance and satisfaction of patients,and then take forward to improve the doctor-patient relationship.
