直肠良性肿瘤行TEM手术的临床研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨经肛门内镜微创手术（TEM）治疗直肠良性肿瘤临床疗效。方法选择19例接受TEM直肠良性肿瘤患者,研究TEM在直肠肿瘤治疗中的应用。结果手术时间65~160 min,平均90 min;术中出血量约5~100 m L,平均30 m L;术后病理学检查：直肠腺瘤5例,不同级别上皮内瘤变7例,直肠间质瘤3例,直肠平滑肌瘤2例,炎性息肉2例,标本切缘皆为阴性。术后并发肛门大出血1例,出血量约500 m L,无一例穿孔,无一例中转开腹。术后住院时间4~7天,平均5.5天。术后随访3~12个月,未发现肿瘤复发。结论准确把握手术适应证的前提下,TEM是一种治疗直肠肿瘤有效且创伤小的术式。
