拟干酪乳杆菌乳酸发酵培养基氮源优化 被引量:3

Optimization of nitrogen source in fermentation medium for lactic acid production by Lactobacillus paracasei

摘要 从发酵原料成本的角度出发,首先对发酵培养基中的碳氮比进行优化,将培养基中的碳氮比(质量比)提高为28.97;然后逐步将原始发酵培养基中的进口分析纯试剂替代为国产试剂及工业级试剂,并实现了工业级酵母粉FM802和蛋白胨FP101的完全替代。经过5 L发酵罐验证表明,原料替代后,成本降低为原来的1/3,而发酵时间仅增加1 h。 Cost control of lactic acid fermentation is a very important issue. In this study, C/N of the fermenta- tion medium was optimized firstly, then the original analytical pure reagents (yeast extract and tryptone) were alternatively substituted by domestic and industrial grade reagents, wherein yeast extract FM802 and peptone FP101 exhibited their best performance on replacement. The results in 5 L batch fermentation showed that feedstocks costs could be reduced by 66.7 % after substitution, while the fermentation time only prolonged by 1 h.
