摘要
所设计的一种自动送料机采用了液压传动和滚珠丝杠传动等多种传动结构,整机采用松下MHMD022G1U永磁同步交流伺服电机及MADHT1507E全数字交流永磁同步伺服驱动装置作为运动控制装置,利用西门子226PLC作为程序控制设备,可以实现设备的良好运行控制。
An automatic feeding machine is designed in this paper. The hydraulic transmission, the ball screw drive and other mechanical transmission are adopted in the mechanical structure, Panasonic MHMD022GIU permanent magnet synchronous AC servo motor and MADHT1507E full digital PMSM servo drive are used as a motion control device and the Siemens 226PLC is applied to the program control equipment to well control its operation.
