摘要
采用研制的GCR-81Ni1MP金属粉芯药芯焊丝和开发的自动化焊接系统,成功实现了Q370R球罐的自动化焊接。研究了焊接热输入对焊接接头冲击韧性的影响,并在最大热输入时,进行了焊接接头的拉伸试验、弯曲试验、冲击试验和落锤试验,试验结果表明:焊接接头各项力学性能优良,满足Q370R球罐的设计要求。
The automatic welding of Q370 R spherical tank was carried out by using GCR- 81 Nil MP metal powder- cored wire and the automatic welding system.The influence of welding heat input on the impact toughness of welded joint was studied,and the tensile test,bending test,impact test and drop- weight test of welded joint were carried out when the welding heat input was the highest.The results show that the mechanical properties of welded joint are high and meet the demand of designment of Q370 R spherical tank.
