摘要
球罐自动焊是利用全位置自动焊设备实现的,常采用自保护焊或CO2气体保护焊工艺。通过焊机和焊材的选择配置,尤其是改进与焊接设备配套的焊机轨道,实现了球罐自动焊技术的工程应用。在焊接工艺试验的基础上,选取合理的焊接工艺参数,在16台普通低合金钢球罐(除1台200m3外均为1000m3)的焊接施工中,比手工电弧焊提高工效1~1.5倍,而且质量达到传统手工焊的平均最高水平,焊接质量一次合格率约为95.2%~99.3%。
Auto-welding technology in spherical tank can be carried out by using universal position autowelding equipment. The well-used process is self-protection welding or CO2 gas shielded arc welding.Auto-welding technology in spherical tank is carried out through configuration of welding machine and welding material and specially through improving of welding machine trace. The welding parameters should be chosen in reasonable way in accordance with welding process test. The auto-welding technology increases work effect by 1 ~ 1. 5 times than manual arc welding in the construction of 16 alloy steel spherical tanks of 1000 m3 except one set of 200 m3. And quality of auto welding technology reaches the average highest level of manual arc welding. One pass rate is 95. 2 % ~ 99. 3 %.
