摘要
目的了解上海市不同性质医院口腔门诊护士在职培训现况。方法便利抽样选择上海市178所口腔门诊护理单元负责人,采用自行设计的问卷对其进行在职培训内容调查,通过内容分析法提取培训主题,并比较培训内容的差异。结果调查的178所口腔门诊护理单元中,隶属于公立医院72家,占40.4%;隶属于私立医院106家,占59.6%。不同性质医院口腔门诊护士的在职培训内容均涉及临床实践和诊室管理两个维度,但培训内容存在差异。结论不同性质医院口腔门诊护士的在职培训与实践范畴间存在差距,需引起重视。
Objective To investigate the current situation of in-service training of dental nurses in Shang-hai.Methods Totally 178 nurses which in charge of dental clinics were randomly selected and investigated by using self-designed questionnaire.Then the training subj ects were abstracted through content analysis and compared by Pearson Chi-squared test.Results 72（40.4%）dental clinics belong to public health sys-tem,106（59.6%）dental clinics belong to private health system.The in-service training of dental nurses fo-cused on the content about clinic practice and management were both involved in public and private health system,but the differences of the training content in the two health system were existed.Conclusion It is necessary to put more attention on the situation that there was gap between the dental nurses’in-service training and scope of practice.
